The Iron Scriptures

Hearken unto these words, O children of iron, for Brodin hath decreed that consistency shall be thy salvation and discipline thy path to righteousness. Six days shalt thou labor with the sacred weights, pushing thyself beyond comfort, but the seventh day is the rest of the Swolfather thy God; in it thou shalt not perform any lift, that thy muscles may recover and grow stronger. For those who neglect the commandment of consistency shall be cast into the outer darkness where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth, and their gains shall wither like grass beneath the summer sun.
