And Brodin formed man from the dust of the earth, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and when He placed iron in his hands, man became a living lifter. Thus did the Swolfather decree, "Thou shalt honor thy temple of flesh with movement and resistance, for in the struggle against weight shall thy strength be forged." And those who heeded these words were blessed with muscles that grew as mighty oaks, while those who ignored them remained as saplings in the forest of humanity.
