Lamentations of Leg Day 4:8
Weep, O children of Brodin, for thy legs have suffered greatly in the temple of iron, yet rejoice in thy sacred suffering, for it is through the cleansing fire of pain that thy lower temple shall be rebuilt. The Quad Father hath witnessed thy depth in the squat rack and thy persistence through the valley of lactic acid; yea, though many have forsaken the path of leg development, thou shall be counted among the faithful when the gates of Swolhalla open before thee.
