The Iron Scriptures

And Brosiris declared unto the disciples, "Thou shalt not sacrifice form for the weight of thine offering, for this is an abomination in the Temple of Iron." Verily, he who performs the sacred movements with precision shall be blessed with symmetry and strength, but he who cheats his repetitions shall be cast into the outer darkness where there is gnashing of teeth and atrophy of gains.
