The Iron Scriptures

And the Lord Odin-lift spake unto the congregation, saying, "Thou shalt not sacrifice thy form upon the altar of ego, for it is an abomination before Mine eyes." For verily, he who lifteth with the back and not with the legs shall be cast into the outer darkness where there is gnashing of teeth and tearing of ligaments; but he who humbleth himself with appropriate weight shall be exalted in the Temple of Iron.
